| With the development of network technique, as well as the changes of the mode of internal management, there are more and more enterprises which realize network-based information management. As an enterprise information management, there is a continuous change undergoing the purchase management. Because of the lack of information-based management, advanced information technology and platform is not used effective, the traditional purchase management has could not meet the needs of the enterprise which has a distributed requirement. A larger enterprises with many branches will form an"information island", if the date information could not be shared quickly and delivered timely. Bank, as an enterprise which has many branches, most of the cost about management consumption paid in procurement process, therefore it is necessary to make the procurement management centralized and informationized.It is targeted at the shortage of the status of purchasing management that the design and impletementation of Centralized Purchasing Management Information System is carried out .In this paper, it is analyzed the objective and the significance as well as the status of research at home and abroad an put forward the need for the development of the system. It is also introduced the techniques and theory about this system, as well as analyzed and designed the logic of the whole system.There are system management, purchasing requirement, purchasing planning, purchasing project, report management, public information, short information management and so on in this system. The workflow is used in the design of the system. There is a unifying platform in the development. The model of MVC and the framework of the Spring and Hibernate are adopted in the structure. The Eclipse which is a development platform and the Oracle which is a database are used. Information security policy is alse used in system that the RSA is adopted in the process when auditing. It is completed the implementation of the purchasing management, the approval and pubic of the information, and realized the flow of the purchasing management which start from requirement application, planning management, project approval and project implementation. The enterprises purchasing system is provided a more science, more efficient and deeper level information service. |
