The Design And Implementation Of Zhejiang Vocational College Of Commerce's On-Line Appraisal System

This paper is mainly about the design and implementation of the On-Line Appraisal System. On-Line Appraisal System is based on internet, the function include on-line project publication, application, approval, appraisal and statistics.Its object is to improve efficiency, reduce complexity and long latency of the manual operation on project appraisal.By using on-line designing and implementation, our system will improve the efficiency greatly.This article is designed for Commercial Professional College of Zhejiang, which is based on the requirement of this college.The system is built under the principle "design in general, implement step by step" and is implemented by two steps.Firstly, it implements some functions of the system. The functions include project publication, teacher uploading, department manager approval, expert appraisal, system manage and score statistics.Secondly, it implements the functions of project display and mid-period management. The project display function will enable the teacher to display their products effectively, which will encourage other teachers to do raise the thinking of innovation things.The mid-period management function will trace the job that teacher has done for the project. This ensures that they keep their attention to finish the project on time and maintain good quality. It also warn those are not very good, at implementing their project.The On-Line Project Appraisal System is implemented by the framework which is very popular in industry. The framework includes FLEX, and J2EE architecture, etc. These technologies make that our system is very clear in sight and quick response.
