Research And Analysis On The Purchase System Of New Books In Public Library

Book acquisition information collection and collation is the premise of the book acquisitioning work of library staff, is an important guarantee of library collection construction work can do business. In twenty-first Century, the rapid development of modern information technology environment, the traditional means of book acquisition has been unable to meet the need of development of era, the book acquisitioning work is relatively backward. In recent years, in order to adapt to the social development needs of readers in reading, the author makes full use of modern information technology and network technology, constantly to adapt to the establishment of library services and collections of spatial scale of the development of the times at the same time, further research on the book acquisitioning work under the network environment. This paper introduces the public library book purchase system of the research background, significance of the project and the status of research and application at present, the main research content; in business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business processes are analyzed in this paper, after the transformation of the business process is given; in functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, general function gives the system the package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including system management, new book recommendation, books management, purchase management package diagram; in the data analysis, the various functions of the system needed the data were analyzed, the entity class diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally has carried on the summary to the research and analysis of the work, and the further work is prospected.
