Research On User Experience Optimization Design Of APP For Elderly People Based On Genetic Algorithm

With the rapid development of mobile Internet,smart phone APP has brought great convenience to people's lives.As the population ages,more and more elderly people are beginning to contact and use the APP.As a special group,the elderly APP design deserves attention.Now for the elderly APP design research mostly focused on the elderly user research,analysis of physiological and psychological characteristics,visual interface design of the traditional qualitative research methods,makes the relationship between the APP and the user experience research exists fuzziness and uncertainty,there is certain limitation to the design of the APP to guide.At present,there are few studies to explore the quantitative relationship between user experience and APP design elements,and there are very few user experience designs for the elderly APP from the perspective of optimization design.This study analyzes the physiology,psychology and smart phone application characteristics of the elderly users,and combines user experience,quantification theory ?,analytic hierarchy process,and genetic algorithm related theories,and proposes an optimized APP user experience design based on genetic algorithms model.Firstly,eight APP design patterns were determined for the cognitive characteristics of the elderly,and 18 sets of mobile payment APP prototypes for the elderly were produced based on the combination of design patterns;Then based on the literature review,a user experience evaluation system with 21 indicators at 5 levels was constructed,and the AHP was used to consider the relative weights among evaluation levels.Then according to the idea of quantification theory I,to establish the discriminative relation between the APP user experience and the APP design pattern for the elderly.Finally,the optimized model constructed by genetic algorithm is used to find out the best combination of APP for the elderly.Based on the genetic algorithm,this paper proposes an optimization design method for elderly people.From the research results,the design pattern of the APP is extracted from the cognitive features of old age,which is more in line with the user experience of the elderly.The application of quantitative theory I can establish a mapping relationship between user experience and APP design pattern on a quantitative level.Starting from the old user experience by using the principle of the survival of the fittest of genetic algorithm to combinatorial optimization of APP design elements,can effectively help the designer to obtain the ideal APP,improve the efficiency of design.The research proposed the optimization design method for the elderly APP user experience,and extracted the design pattern of the APP from the cognitive features of the elderly,which was more in line with the user experience of the elderly.In addition on the basis of the theory of quantification?can establish user experience on quantitative level mapping relations with APP design patterns.From the results of the study,from the elderly user experience by using the principle of the survival of the fittest of genetic algorithm to combinatorial optimization of APP design element,can effectively help the designers to obtain the ideal APP,improve the efficiency of design.
