The User Experience Evaluation Model Of The University Laboratory Type Website

With the development of the Internet,university laboratories must make full use of Internet resources to carry out propaganda and go abroad,enhancing their influence in professional field to maintain dominant position in the increasingly fierce competition.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct university laboratory website.At the same time,user experience as an important standard to measure the quality of a website,it is the most significant part in promotion to constructing university laboratories.In this paper,the author makes researches on user experience and assesses subjective user experience.Finally,the author constructs the scientific and accurate user experience evaluation model of the University laboratory type website.At present,the research on the website evaluation of user experience mainly concentrates on qualitative research,not a lot.In terms of current situation,the author uses qualitative and quantitative method to evaluate the user experience in this paper.At first,the author deeply analyzes university laboratory website and then obtains the original user experience by means of user interview and questionnaire.Next,the author classifies data with grounded theory,building a evaluation system for user experience,calculates proportion of each evaluation index by using the analytic hierarchy process,constructs the evaluation model of user experience based on the evaluation index and the propotions of each index.Finally,the author carries on validation test and applies this model to human-computer Interaction lab,combining with the results of physiological electrical experiment to verify the feasibility of this evaluation model.In conclusion,this paper uses the experimental method combining qualitative and quantitative,such as grounded theory approach and analytic hierarchy process,constructs the evaluation model of user experience based on the evaluation index and the propotions of each index.The evaluation model of the website provides a reference method and innovative ideas for the evaluation of the user experience of the website.At the same time,it provides the user experience evaluation method which has practical guidance and reference significance for the university laboratory type website builder,and helps the website manager to improve the website user experience.
