Universal RF Measurement And Control Board Design And Implementation

The universal radio frequency measurement and control board is a universal PCB card used to control RF devices.It has a large number of commonly used low-frequency control instructions,telemetry modes and communication buses,which can cover most of the RF measurement and control requirements.This thesis introduces the principle design of the universal radio frequency measurement and control board in detail,the drawing of board card,the writing of the underlying FPGA program and the test and verification.This paper briefly introduces the development history and research status of the RF control method,combined with the Xi'an Space Star Technology Industrial(Group)were compared with the control function of board type Co.in recent years to undertake the actual needs of the project to carry out the analysis and market,determine the design of the specific objectives and technical indicators.According to the design goal,we select the basic devices which are realized by different functions according to the functional modules,and draw the basic circuit schematic with FPGA as the control core based on the selected devices.In order to use the board to achieve the maximum function of rate,reduce the general RF control board size,design,while ensuring the performance function,need to reuse the function interface,so as to improve the utilization rate of the general RF control board resources.According to the functional schemas of each part,we plan the layout of the whole plate devices in a unified way,so that the whole layout is compact,and the interference between devices is eliminated at the same time.According to the PCB wiring rules,the whole board circuit is cabled,so as to finish the design and processing of the board.General RF control card software,in addition to the colleagues for DSP network communication program and PC program for testing,need to follow the Xi'an Space Star Technology Industrial(Group)communication protocol developed by the company to complete the development of core board FPGA procedures,the allocation of resources of FPGA,AD,DA,control IO,R232,R422,LVDS,CAN and other functions to complete the task requirements of chip.Finally,the functional performance of the universal radio frequency measurement and control board is tested and verified,the test method is provided,and the test data are recorded.The general RF testing board can be used in most of the RF control project,has strong compatibility,interface function,interface number,good expansibility,again in the future including RF measurement and control requirements of the task class,able to reduce development costs,shorten the development period of the.
