MSDD company is a private enterprise.During the ten years of comprehensive development from 2006 to 2016,the staff of the company increased from 40 to 650,and the direct holding subsidiary has increased from the original one to the present 13.With the expansion of the company's operating scale 120 times,the office cost and investment have also expanded 400 times.The company faces the independence of talents,funds and technology among the subsidiaries.It is unable to form effective resources integration.Administrative approval and project promotion are also due to the low efficiency of the traditional office mode and the rapid change of the market.There is a gap gradually,and the information technology understanding and planning have not set up a corresponding group and regularly formulate the company information strategy,leading companies to face a large number of management problems,such as large office management,low efficiency,and isolation of information from each other.With the direct intervention of the management board,the enterprise has implemented a new design from the enterprise process change to the information system through the introduction of the external consulting company,and has reformed the management system and management mode of the company,and realized the cooperation and linkage of the new OA information technology platform of the enterprise and other information systems of the company.MSDD company firstly used information governance theory to adjust the strategic decision of enterprise information by setting up a special leading group,which used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and review,questionnaire survey on the current problems.Then according to the problems,they flowed restoration and changed management structure.With 360-degree evaluation method of performance appraisal theory,they established an effective evaluation system of office automation and mobile office performance assessment and evaluation system.They integrated and reconstructed the data of cloud platform and information sharing with OA system for the problems existing in the company.By carrying on the experiment and data analysis within the company,they selected the popular auxiliary OA APP to effectively upgrade the OA system.Lastly,with positive feedback and performance appraisal,they successfully upgraded OA system.This paper shows that the new information technology has brought great progress to the enterprise,which improves not only the consciousness and skills to response to public sentiment and crisis management,but also the company's operating level,such as business transaction grew by 200%,sales increased by 300%.Especially the GPS technology and 4G technology truly reflect process innovation and flattening in the enterprise office system.New technology and traditional OA System complement each other to promote the enterprise internal office system,which improves enterprise efficiency,highly integrated enterprise resources.Establishing information performance appraisal,evaluation system and Mobile OA can effectively and actively promote new technology to improve the enterprises' efficiency and create more value.
