This thesis introduces research and development of the DC300 clutch assembly line MES system,in order to solve the problem of lack of on-site production process information management?System using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool,using c # as a development programming language,choose SQL Server 2008 as background database.Do actual research to the DC300 assembly line production,study the assembly line process flow for each station,combined with the enterprise actual business needs analysis,the author determined the overall process of MES system and the main functions of the need to implement.In the process of production,MES system provide the assembly instruction visual interface to guide operators to product accurately and efficiently.MES manage material receiving,material consumption and material inventory for station assembly material,MES save quality data,material data of the production process of the workpiece,MES provide complete data support for subsequent information back of the product.According to the requirement of the enterprise and the practical application of the system,and the DC300 assembly line MES system is divided into five functional modules to design and develop,mainly including the order finished,assembly guide,information acquisition of production processes,material management,production process information query.After debugging success,this system run stability in the DC300 assembly lines,and achieved the anticipated target,meet the requirements of the actual production,DC300 assembly line MES system improved the transparency of workshop production management,maked the production process visible and controllable,improved the production efficiency of the whole line and the product percent of pass.
