In recent years,with the gradual development of the new scientific and technological revolution,in the global context of a set of industrial technology and development model of major changes,many countries have proposed the development of intelligent manufacturing strategic measure.building intelligent factories is necessary when the manufacturing enterprises are seeking for transformation.During building the intelligent factory,manufacturing execution system(MES),enterprise resource planning system(ERP)and other common information systems have been widely used,these information systems will produce a large number of production data.Enterprise production reports can be a real-time reflection of these production data,as well as statistical analysis.Those enable business managers to master the production process in real time,and plays an important role in production,management and decision-making.In this paper,under the background of a large-scale manufacturing enterprise trying to build intelligent factory,with the problems of the implementation of MES information system being found to produce data island,data transmission being not timely,data redundancy,production report production being cumbersome,being unable to personalize the production data and other issues,we achieve a personalized report service for MES.The paper mainly completes the following four tasks:(1)A detailed analysis of needs for MES personalized reporting services is conducted.Through the analysis of function requirements,it is necessary to provide functional modules such as user management,system setting,index definition,list definition,report definition,data query and recommendation.(2)Design a personalized report service for MES.For the enterprise MES,this paper studies the data relationship between the enterprise information system and the report system solution,designs the personalized report service recommendation algorithm based on the collaborative filtering.designs the service system that can manage data of different information systems as a whole,generate the electronic report,and personalizedly recommend the report.(3)Implement a personalized report service system for MES.On the Java EE architecture platform,this paper uses the database technology and report template technology to realize the personalized report service recommendation algorithm based on collaborative filtering,and realize the personalized report service system for MES that includes user management,system setting,index definition,list definition,report definition,data query and recommendation And other functions.(4)The paper deploy and test the personalized report service system for MES,and carry out the system application investigation and evaluation.Build the server environment,the system is deployed in the enterprise server,and functional test and stress test are applied to the system,and conduct user survey about the system application through a series of questionnaires,and carry out a comprehensive evaluation on the system based on customer feedback.
