With the rapid development of our country's social economy,people's quality of life is constantly improving,and everyone is more and more alert to the safety and reliability of the food materials they choose.In recent years,with the rapid development of the country,the welfare brought about by the rapid development of the country,The demand for all kinds of ingredients is already very large.Therefore,there are also some illegal businessmen who in order to obtain supernormal returns,often put some of them unqualified.The food material that has serious influence on human body is pushed to the consumer market.Through the food safety hidden trouble example that the country once reported,you can see the panic that it causes to the populace and the people do not trust to the government and the society.So the food material traceable the problem,It is urgent to solve this problem,and the establishment of the corresponding food traceability supervision system is suitable for the people in the situation of great social development.It is of great significance to design and implement a set of complete food traceability management platform in the catering industry.This article takes the catering service industry as the object,establishes a food and beverage material traceability management platform,this platform is divided into three parts: the enterprise information reporting end,the law enforcement department supervision end,the social public enquiry end.This platform has carried on the unified plan and the design to the catering enterprise information,the dish making information,the food material source information,the complaint report information and so on.According to the actual situation of the current catering industry and the functional demand of the food material traceability information,the system design can be divided into three stages.First of all,by analyzing the functional requirements of the system,the users of the system and their corresponding permissions are defined.The use case analysis method of UML is used to describe the functional requirements of the system.Secondly,combined with system requirements and design principles to determine the overall architecture of the system,and according to the functional module example diagram,complete each single module of the front page design and data structure design.According to the requirements of the National Food and Drug Administration on the traceability information of food materials,by using Visual Studio2012 as the web page development tool and SQL Server2008 R2 as the database platform,combining with the development technology of Java Script,IIS,XHTML.NET Framework,etc.The coding implementation and testing application of food traceability management platform based on B/S three-tier architecture in catering industry.This paper has the following characteristics:(1)When the data is collected and stored in the database,the GS1-128 one-dimensional coding technique in the national coding management is used to uniquely mark the traceability information of each food material.In order to ensure the safety and uniqueness of the data and reduce the cost of the enterprise's input in collecting and managing,.(2)QR Code is used to query the relevant data in the modules of traceability information and enterprise information query.Aiming at the characteristic that the QR code is easy to be copied,the internal code and the outer code are used to realize the anti-counterfeiting and traceability of the product.(3)In order to ensure the accuracy and uniqueness of each food material traceability picture,the method is adopted.Using digital watermarking technology,the related information of food materials traceability,photo forensics and purchasing information are loaded into the original evidential pictures.The system achieves the expected goal and realizes centralized management of the source information of food materials.The digital image processing technology and coding scheme are practical and the platform has been recognized and accepted by relevant departments.
