With the increasing improvement of people's living conditions and the food safety issues that have happened in current years,people are spending more and more attention on food safety-related issues and have higher requirements for the traceability of food safety.As an emerging technology of distributed accounting technology,blockchain technology has the characteristics of data that cannot be tampered with and decentralized.As a new type of infrastructure recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission,blockchain technology has important research value and far-reaching research significance in the fields of finance,traceability,government affairs,and medical care.Aiming at the problems of the traditional food traceability system that the authenticity of traceability information cannot be guaranteed,the traceability efficiency is low,and the traceability cost is high,this paper designs food traceability after in-depth research and analysis of the operating mechanism and requirements of each link in the food traceability scene system framework.And through the analysis and research of the consensus mechanism of Hyperledger Fabric to find out where the bottleneck restricts system performance and the relevant research on the consensus algorithm of Byzantine fault tolerance in the blockchain,corresponding optimization measures are proposed.The verification system of the food traceability system is initially set up and the system function and performance are tested.The main research content and contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.Based on the existing Hyperldedger Fabric,a food traceable system framework that adapts to the food traceability scene is proposed: the existing mature breeding system,farm system,logistics The middleware of the system and sales system realize the rational application of existing systems,reducing the development difficulty and workload of the system.And prioritize the deployment to the cloud,improve the system hardware level and reduce the dependence on the local hardware of all nodes of the traceability,thereby increasing the operating efficiency of the system.Improve system operation efficiency by separately establishing node servers facing consumers.2.Based on the detailed theoretical analysis and experimental test of the consensus mechanism of the Hyperledger Fabric,the idea of VRF is combined in the endorsement and sorting service of the consensus process of Fabric to realize the parallel endorsement service,which increases the system throughput to about 6K and makes the system have a certain Byzantine fault tolerance ability.The credit value evaluation is innovatively introduced into the alliance chain system,and a single physical node is divided into multiple virtual nodes by credit value,which makes full use of the advantages of multicore and multi-threading of the server.3.Based on the research of verifiable random function and state secret algorithm,a verifiable random algorithm based on state secret algorithm SM2 is designed.Through testing,it is found that the speed of generating proof and verifying proof is in the order of a millisecond,which is comparable to the performance of the existing verifiable random function.4.The design of the food traceable verification system based on Hyperledger Fabric is designed by the research and optimization of super accounting fabric,and the system's related functions and performance are verified.
