The food is an issue of vital concern to people’s health and safe. The fake and expired foods not only pose a threat to the lives and safety of consumers, but also cause huge losses to legitimate food production enterprises on the benefit and brand.The project of "food(liquor) security traceability system" that builds Guangdong alcohol traceability management platform based on Electronic attached sheet technology, which can trace and monitor the entire wine production, distribution, sales and other links.The paper describes the analysis, design and implementation of traceability system for food (alcohol).Referred to the characteristics of the system itself, an improved security, flexible expansion, and easy maintenance of application systems were established in terms of system architecture, system analysis and design, database design and data exchange with other systems.In order to make the system architecture practical, reliable, easy maintenance and development, an application development mode of B/S were used with Struts, Hibernate and Spring Framework based onthe Myeclipse platform.Secondly, according to the demand for the modular main system functions, the paper introduces the error handling system design and security design; and then considering the characteristics of the data, to avoid a table information overload resulting in system operating much slowly, the database was designed in the way that the different information was stored in different tables inside, and ensures data integrity with relational constraints, and transaction processing.Guangdong alcohol traceability management platform designed is including the six modules of Electronic attached sheet management, traceability management, security management, industry monitoring, safety management, and basic information. On the one hand, Guangdong alcohol traceability management platform can collect the information of wine production and distribution with Electronic attached sheet as the index series, and provide an efficient and convenient services to wine industry competent authorities, manufacturers and dealers. On the other hand, by labeling each bottle of wine products related to the identity card number associated with Electronic attached sheet on the platform, the system is easy for the manufacturers, distributors, consumers and industry department to tracing back to the physical wine for query validation, so a closed-loop control system can be set up. Guangdong alcohol traceability management platform operates throughout the wine production, marketing and distribution, data collection and information processing and other aspects of the whole process, which can effectively ban the circulation of counterfeit products on the market.
