Based on the analyze of 2D bar code and digital watermark, a embedded method based on Arnold transform and DCT was prompted, in detail, encrypt the watermarking message via Arnold transform firstly, then make DCT transform after blocking the original carriers image, and embed the blocked watermark message in the transform coefficients of DCT, the embed coefficient and control coefficient are determined by the Hash function according to the watermarking and carriers signal, after IDCT and merge the block messages it will get the 2D bar code image with embedded watermark. After the Matlab simulation experiment was carried out, the result shows that the digital watermarking - 2D bar code algorithm has better robustness and nonvisibility.After the analyze of the yellow tea production process and the production traceability system, this paper has designed the Yellow tea traceability system which based on digital watermark-2D bar code as product label, the 2D bar code product tracing label has embedded authentication watermarking, it not only realized the yellow tea cultivation, production, transport and informational management of sale and can also solve consumers'appeal in anti-counterfeiting traceability about the yellow tea products.
