| Collective trust business has been earned a good opportunity since the 1999 reform.High-net-worth individuals became to recognize this kind of product because of its stable earning and nice risk-control ability.Trust industry created the myth of “high return,low risk” and the annual sales of collective trusts have reached billions of RMB.However,trust companies begin to realize their own problems,such as all the customer resources are coming from banks or independent advisors,they’re lacking of their own client base and their backward CRM mode.The financial regulator start to restrict trust-product-client from commercial bank or independent financial advisors after protocol No.99,2014.Trust Companies start to focus on establishing their own sales team and begin to build their own wealth management center while facing the lack of trust product types.This paper has been written to optimize the old workflow and establish a new solution on system management by analyzing the situation and background of trust products.In allusion to the problems of customer-care,we hope to build a kind of customer relationship management(CRM)system in order to upgrade financial services and make the wealth management center of trust company being better.According to the characteristics of the trust company,the situation of financial marketing environment and the needs of the customers,the architecture of Brower/Server is built by using the JSP—J2EE platform based on business layers,the thin client facing trust company is brought out.So as to realize function to login on the PC,smart phone,PAD,and other mobile terminal to make remote business easier,we can make good use of the VMware software and server for Setting VDI virtual desktop,and also make it more safety with VPN connection establishment.This paper discusses the system requirement analysis,system design,database design,system function implementation and testing,etc,and figures out the further development direction and prospects. |
