The so-called virtual roaming virtual reality(VR)technology to create out of the computer system can experience the virtual world,to provide the public with users including visual,auditory and tactile contact type multi role experience,immersive feeling.Public users can roam in the virtual environment,will feel the information after thinking and analysis of the brain,the form of the action or strategy you want,give feedback to the system through the input interface,realize the interaction and operation of system and the control system function.This paper is based on Virtual Reality(VR)to carry out in-depth study of the virtual roaming technology by BlueScope factory in Xi'an as the prototype,roaming system design of a 3D visualization of virtual plant environment.In this paper,the key technology and the theoretical value of the virtual roaming system in the factory are studied from the perspective of management and safety production.The design and development of virtual roaming system of BlueScope Xi'an factory,the factory production,maintenance simulation,simulation roaming factory intelligent management and other functions,promote the efficient factory intelligent management process,has practical value and popularization significance.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1 combination of software object-oriented design.Based on the characteristics of virtual roaming technology immersion,interactivity and imagination of the analysis and design of the virtual roaming system structure,a method is presented for the enterprise production management and production factory intelligent simulation simulation system design and development process.2 through the virtual factory environment administrative office area construction,office building,workshop area raw materials warehouse construction etc.3D simulation model and database management links,proposed solutions to the virtual roaming environment simulation model and database data association technology,and achieve the visualization of interaction and database optimization management of the factory environment roaming system objective.3 the simulation of interactive experience fulfillment of technology based on virtual scene model collision settlement factory environment technology,put forward the scene model rigid body collision detection algorithm for virtual plant environment roaming system.The collision detection of the system scene model is realized through the Collison class data code,and the validity of the collision algorithm is analyzed.4 Analysis and design system of research and develop the technology of 3D simulation system of 3DMAX integrated Unity3 D,the structural features,introduces the software development platform for the development of the interface and the basic function,construct a more competitive and the practical value of the virtual roaming system experience.
