Reliable object identification of friend-or-foe is one of the key factors to win the victory of the modern war.To solve this problem,secondary identification friend-or-foe radar system has been widely applied.By conducting efficiency measurement,the performance the Secondary Surveillance Rader(SSR)system can be comprehensively evaluated.In addition,the potential problems and defects in the system can be effectively detected,which offer valuable information for further research and optimization in the SSR system.As an electronic system,SSR system has complicated structure and it is sensitive to external factors.Therefore,the system efficiency is hard to measure accurately.In fact,standard evaluation methods remain unsettled.Although there are many research productions targeting on efficiency measurement and analysis,few works are related to comprehensive efficiency evaluation of the SSR system.The address this problem,this thesis conducts research on SSR system efficiency evaluation and develop a software system to measure the efficiency.Specifically,this thesis contain the following four parts:(1)By conducting literature review,we propose the research focus in this thesis.Then we summarize the basic theory and method of efficiency evaluation systems and compare two traditional methods: the analytic hierarchy process method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By analyzing the performance and available range of the above two methods in detail,we laid a theoretical foundation for building the SSR efficiency evaluation index system and the efficiency evaluation method selection.(2)After analyzing the traditional index used for SSR system evaluation,we define the valid value range and physical representation of each index.By conducting qualitative analysis of these indexes,we choose a group of specific index set,which can comprehensively reflect the performance of the SSR system.In this way,we build a reasonable and reliable efficiency evaluation index system.(3)To effectively measure the efficiency performance based on the corresponding index in SSR system,we first obtain the weights of each index component in the index system based on analytic hierarchy process method.After that,we apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to compute the efficiency evaluation result.(4)Based on the efficiency evaluation methods proposed in this thesis,we develop a software system to measure the SSR system efficiency.The system completes the efficiency evaluation system building,including the index system setting and the efficiency evaluation computing methods implementation.By conducting computer emulation,semi-physical simulation and field experiment,the software system can obtain the corresponding parameters in the index system as input,and then execute the evaluation computing methods to output the efficiency evaluation of the SSR system.
