The arrival of the era of big data,great led to the development of science and technology,expanding the application scope and scale of the information technology to facilitate the people's life and work,for people to provide a good development environment.As the forefront of science and technology education,the influence and change on the performance of more prominent.The colleges and universities to carry out the students' quality evaluation work situation,in the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of students into advanced information technology has become an inevitable trend of development,on the quality of play a great role in promoting the realization of teaching goal.Colleges and universities use information technology means to evaluate students' comprehensive quality,to ensure the science and authenticity of the evaluation results,is conducive to the students of national and personal development,also can let the teacher feedback information to further understand the students with comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive quality.Also for the direction of talent selection in comprehensive ability in the reform of college entrance examination offers the possibility,for education reform and social balanced development has important significance.The majority of high school students have to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of graduation,but from the overall point of view,there are some problems in the process of work: First,due to relatively heavy tasks pure manual entry way already cannot meet the corresponding requirements;Second,the index evaluation system imperfect,not in harmony with the social development.In order to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students,to strengthen the standardization of school management,from the reality of high school students' education teaching management,this article will sever for the common problems of the present high school grade student research,including the overall quality appraisal way and the application method,establish scientific and perfect management system and evaluation target.The design and development of effective software based on understanding the basic needs,so as to develop students' comprehensive quality evaluation system in accordance with the actual situation of the university.This thesis is based on the technology system and the concrete implementation process of the design of high school students' comprehensive quality evaluation system.The system designed for high school students play a role in promoting the comprehensive quality and their own development for students to grasp the direction toward the society to lay the good foundation for themselves in the future,for the selected talents,as well as improving the management.
