In recent years, with the support of the state and local government, the secondary vocational education develops fast and steady with connotation. But so far, there are still many secondary vocational school graduates who can not meet the requirements of their positions, enterprises reflect the comprehensive qualities of students are poor.This also reminds Vocational School to pay more attention to comprehensive quality training and evaluation of students. How to realize the fast, fair and objective of students comprehensive quality evaluation has become an important subject in the teaching reform of vocational education in China, the author of this thesis also want to do some research on the design and implementation of secondary vocational school students' comprehensive quality evaluation system.This paper firstly establishes the scientific evaluation index system based on the practice a polytechnic school of Zhongshan. By analysis of the demand of secondary vocational education, analysis all kinds of student evaluation system, add more evaluation index while highlighting the basis of all-round development of morality,intelligence, body of students, which includes the comprehensive quality of physical,mental, operational and professional, etc, and strive to establish a standardized and scientific evaluation index system.Secondly, the system uses MVC model based on B/S architecture model,combined with the struts framework and J2 EE technologies, by My Eclipse platform technology for design and development, which will become a multi-level evaluation by combining the evaluation of teachers and students mutual evaluation and self evaluation, parents evaluation and enterprise evaluation all together, to achieve fair and just, fast, accurate, scientific and objective result.Through on-the-spot investigation, based on the present vocational students comprehensive quality evaluation system, this thesis proposed the establishment of multiple evaluation model between schools, government, enterprises, families to reflect the overall quality of students. This system can collect real-time information of the students in different learning stages, which will be assessed by scientific evaluation formula so as to provide real and effective basis to recommend students for employment, recruitment and school teaching reform. This study enriched the theory of modern vocational education students' evaluation, and it provided a guarantee forthe secondary vocational students to become high-quality workforce to conform the national economy reform and development needs.
