Because the traditional evaluation on students' comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges has some shortages for unscientific evaluation standard and complex operation, promoting scientific nature of the evaluation standard and Simplifying operation are the requirements of current evaluation system in higher vocational colleges. The establishment of informationized evaluation platform becomes one of the key and hot issues in the field of evaluation system.Based on the existing research results, this paper presents evaluation standard, completes evaluation system software design and code implementation. Its main works is included as the following:(1) Based on the in-depth investigation and research on the current evaluation standard in higher vocational colleges, and in combination with the actual circumstances in my college, this paper presents a new evaluation standard.(2) Learned the technology status and development direction of the establishing informationized evaluation system. In combination with the actual using context of my college, this paper selects a simple and practical technique means based on thecombination combination ofcombination B/S model,ASP programming language and Access database.(3) Based on the requirement analysis of the system, the article designs the general structure, the main function module and the system database structure.(4) This paper completes evaluation system software design and code implementation. The software design and code implementation of the user entering module, the purview management module, the information printing module and the system management module are briefly introduced in this paper. The point introduced the the student basic information management module and the students' comprehensive quality evaluation module.(5) By set up a testing platform, this paper gives the test result in the local area network.
