In recent years,enterprises with information technology platform to carry out human resources management,the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises has a very important role.This paper starts from the actual demand of enterprise human resource management and develops a set of human resource management system based on Web.The system is B / S structure,the database is SQL 2008,and further integration of ASP technology to achieve the overall structure,to achieve the salary management,recruitment management,training management and performance management and many other functions for the enterprise to provide human resources information management support.The thesis mainly completed the following work:1.The human resource management system designed in this paper has five main functional modules: basic staff information,recruitment and hiring,performance appraisal,salary management,training management.The system studied in this paper adopts the B / S structure,which realizes the implementation and maintenance of the system and the updating of the data.The human resource management is efficient and convenient.2.This article in the design of the system,the realization of the function of the system users based on different user roles for the distribution of the role of different users of the operating range of the system is different,effectively avoid the human resources management system data malicious The possibility of destruction.3.The design of the system is described according to the demand,the business process of different functional modules is described in detail,the detailed design scheme is developed,and the design of the database of the system is described in detail.4.Based on the detailed design,the functional modules of the enterprise human resource management system are realized,and the key modules are analyzed.The screenshots of the system are given.Finally,the system is tested.The results show that the effectiveness and practicability of the system.After the implementation of the project R & D implementation,the overall management effect is significant,more obvious to enhance the current human resources management system in the management of the loosening of the situation,to solve the current waste of human capital and other issues.After the system test,the human resource management system designed in this paper conforms to the basic needs of the enterprise,and the system development has realized the design goal.
