Electrical power diagram is defined as Electrical parameters generated by the Pumping-Unit during operation(current,voltage,power,etc.)as well as their formation trends and trajectories of such data.Electrical power diagram technique is the use of operating conditions and parameters of the pumping unit in order to achieve real-time monitoring of the oil-well.This paper develop an application system,basing on the theory of Electrica power diagram.First,we do a unified designing of the overall architecture of the system.Then,for the various components,we have carried out a detail study and description for the application of the system.Pumping electrical parameter is the source of the Electrical power diagram system,we do a study comparing the acquisition to determine the method of collection of electrical parameters.Then,for the electric power system in various key data such as displacement,pumping,production etc.We propose the method of measurement and calculation.For a functional module,Electrical power diagram real-time monitoring system consists of RTU,data transmission module,data service centers and data display platform.RTU is a center of data acquisition and processing,which collect data from electrical parameter module,then computing and processing,finally display the data and the result on screen and upload it to the service center.Data service center as the central nervous system,on the one hand it receives data from the RTU,on the other hand it provides data services for the data display platform.The system provides a variety of data presentation,mainly B / S structure of the service website and Android phones.These two forms of data presentation are both the most mainstream application modes.Electrical power diagram for pumping-unit monitoring system is a oilfield networking applications system consisting of complete set of data collection,data transmission,dataservices,remote control and other functions.It greatly improves the oil workers' ability to control single well.Also it has very important significance to stabilize production,energy operations and increase the efficiency of pumping system.
