Base On ZigBee Of Pumping Unit Indicator Diagram Collection

Research on traditional dynamometer acquisition equipment is the main dataacquisition and output displacement and load signal and the indicator diagram was late, butbecause of the pressure sensor cable type and position sensor in measurement iscomplicated, so the traditional indicator diagram acquisition equipment has a lot ofproblems in the convenience, in order to overcome these shortcomings of traditionalequipment, this paper designed a pumping machine indicator diagram acquisition systembased on Zigbee technology, simplifies the installation of equipment, improve the efficiencyof the indicator diagram acquisition.This paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of China’s oil industry,development status indicator diagram acquisition technology, the wireless sensor network,ZigBee technology as well as the indicator diagram is introduced, analyzed the functioncharacteristics and network structure of Zigbee technology, combined with the classicalwireless sensor network node’s own characteristics, the integration the SOC design of MCURF transceiver module, select the CC2430chip produced by TI company for hardwaredesign and implementation of Zigbee node, the secure transmission of information using apolynomial key management scheme, has great advantages in terms of node updates, dataprocessing in computer applications. Neighborhood average smoothing do to the data, thelinear progressive fitting diagram closed point judgment, to solve some of the wellcondition is poor or variable frequency well is very difficult to judge the closure point. Theresults show that, the designed Zigbee pumping machine indicator diagram acquisitionsystem based on meet the design requirements, improve the level of automation of oilmonitoring.
