In the current media environment,there have been many anomal performances in Internet public opinion.Common secondary sentiments,recurring rumors and emotional doubts have become common in the Internet.The word "Post-truth" is used to describe the phenomenon that personal emotions a nd beliefs are more influential than facts in the formation of public opinion.It is an emotional and irrational expression.This article attempts to link the Internet public opinion events with the phenomenon of "post-truth" and analyze the phenomena of irrationality and emotionality in the development of Internet public opinion in order to enrich the research perspectives and theoretical foundations of the Internet public opinion,and to look at the symptoms of disorder in the Internet public opinion incidents.Guiding and controlling make specific recommendations.The research logic of this paper is to ask questions-analyze problems-solve problems.Firstly,through the literature analysis method,we analyze the interrelationship between the Internet p ublic opinion and the "post-truth".After analysis,it is found that there are commonalities between the two.The concrete expression is that there is an inclusion relationship in the scope of the discussion and there is a subordinate relationship in the representation.The “post-truth” is also aimed at triggering the Internet public opinion.Second,we select the typical Internet public opinion cases in recent years and summarize the common characteristics of the anomalous behaviors of the Internet users during the event,analyzing the main symptoms of the “post-truth” phenomenon of Internet public opinion events including disregard of the facts of the facts,subjective construction of facts,deliberate fabrication of facts,distortion of the four kinds of facts.Again,starting with the internet citizens,social,and cultural factors,and combine relevant theories of cognitive psychology,sociology,and cultural studies to analyze the causes of the “post-truth” phenomenon in the Internet public opinion events.Then analyze the impact of the “post-truth” phenomenon of Internet public opinion through case studies.It is mainly manifested in the negative public opinion aspect of increasing the difficulty of Internet public opinion governance,but at the same time,it also has the positive side to force the facts and promote social consensus.Finally,combining with the specific symptoms and causes,from the four aspects of disclosure of truth information,netizens’ sentiment,education and restraint,and social culture,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for cracking the phenomenon of “post-truth” and guiding the development of Internet public opinion to ordered direction. |
