As the industrial strength of our country continues to increase,the application of pump stations in industrial production and people's daily life is becoming more and more widespread.For the monitoring of pumping station operation status,the common method is centralized monitoring in the central control room of the pumping station site.Although this method realizes the unified monitoring of the equipment,it has obvious geographical limitations and causes the staff of the pumping station to be restrained by distance factor.Therefore,this method cannot obviously meet the needs for current social development.Aiming at the above problems,the paper designs and develops a remote monitoring platform for pump stations based on Internet+.This platform,on the basis of the traditional monitoring methods of pump stations,combines with Web and Internet technologies to realize the remote monitoring of the operating status of pump stations so that people can check out the operating parameters of the pump station at any time in any place with accessible internet.The main contents of the design study of the platform are the following:(1)After analyzing the main performance parameters of the centrifugal pump and the joint working mode between the pumps,designed an overall framework based on the status monitoring system of the internet pump station.Carried out the system's hardware and software structure design and selected the types of hardware required for the system.(2)Designed and developed the upper computer configuration software.In combination with the requirements for pump station monitoring and business management,designed the interfaces and functions of each PC configuration software,Completed the connection between Kingview and MySQL database,and read the date collected by the hardware into local MySQL database for storage,so as to make the preparation for the development of front-end platform.(3)Designed and developed a front-end Web site for a remote monitoring platform based on the Internet+.According to all monitoring parameters of the monitoring system of the pump station and the function of the host computer software,designed the interface of each page of the website,and completed the database and server construction and communication work.(4)Conducted various performance test experiments on the front-end Web site of the remote monitoring platform based on the Internet+ pump station,so as to verify the practical application of the website.The platform designed in this paper completely breaks the regional limitations of the previous pump station monitoring system,and also allows the pump station staff to monitor the equipment operation status and various operating parameters of the pump station at any time anywhere,which sets people from the job limitation caused by distance.At the same time,the platform closely follows the new development trends like "Industry 4.0" and "Internet +",to a certain extent,achieves the integration of industrial production and the Internet,which is of great significance to studying the method of remote monitoring of the pump station and changing the pump station equipment management system.
