Research Of Supervisory And Control Configuration Software In Metering Pump Remote Monitoring System

As an important part of the industrial control systems, supervisory and control configuration software has been widely used in various industrial productions. Because of its powerful features, configuration software plays an indispensable role in automation systems. Now a growing number of industrial control systems can’t work normally without the configuration software. With a large number of software and hardware, the existing configuration software is very large and complex. Small and medium-sized users tend to use a small part of the configuration software, it is uneconomical for them to buy configuration software with a lot of money. Relying on the existing metering pump monitoring system, this paper designs a set of configuration software system.Firstly this paper introduces the background and current status of the configuration software research. Then it finds the shortcomings of the existing configuration software on the market through analysis of them. They prove the purpose and significance of the research.Through analysis the functions of the current mainstream configuration software, summarize the basic functions of the control configuration software need to implement. It gives the brief introduction of an Ethernet-fieldbus metering pump remote monitoring solutions and related technologies. Analysis the specific needs of the network monitoring system of metering pumps. On this basis, combine the purpose and function of the configuration software, it gives the design ideas and the overall framework of the entire software, and introduces the specific function to be achieved by the various functional modules and the relationship between them, and then achieves the various functional modules.The software contains two parts:data server and visualization monitoring configuration platform. The data server is the data center between monitoring platform and field devices. Monitoring configuration software is a major human-computer interaction interface, it can reproduce IPC scene intuitively. Data server is developed with JAVA, including communication module, data analysis and exchange module and data management module. Monitoring configuration platform is developed with QT, including node configuration, drawing graphics configuration, attributes configuration, policy configuration, focusing on the development of drawing graphics configuration.At last, this paper designs a project for the metering pump remote monitoring system with the control configuration software, and the project reproduces IPC scene of the system successfully.
