With high speed development of science and technology,the application of computer technology,network technology and software technology becomes more and more common in the field of industry.The structure of modern engineering machinery is increasingly cumbersome,which causes great pressure on the mechanical equipment to maintain a good operation for a long time without problems.Emulsion pump is an important equipment in coal mining,if the downtime caused by failure,will cause huge losses to the enterprise.Implements remote condition monitoring for emulsion pump station,not only can test the performance of emulsion pump,improve the efficiency of working face,but also is an important means of fault diagnosis and maintenance of equipment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the remote condition monitoring system of emulsion pump in coal production.In today's computer network technology driven,the construction of enterprise network and information has made great progress,which provides a good condition for the research and development of the remote online condition monitoring system of various mechanical devices.Most of the current equipment monitoring software entities have the disadvantages of iterative development and hard to transplantation,however,the application of the software architecture theory in the system pointed out the direction to solve the problem.This dissertation is supported by BRW400 type emulsion pump condition monitoring project of a enterprise as background.In the research of equipment condition monitoring theory and software architecture,the software architecture of remote monitoring system of emulsion pump is analyzed thoroughly,and bring forward to design the remote online condition monitoring system with the B/S and C/S hybrid model.The domain model of the equipment monitoring system is abstracted from requirements analysis of the monitoring system,and then the software architecture of the equipment monitoring system is described by using the unified modeling language(UML).And on the basis of the software structure,using LabVIEW software developed equipment real-time condition monitoring system.and according to the overall design of data acquisition system,the data acquisition hardware platform and software platform are selected specifically.Based on the general framework of the remote monitoring system of emulsion pump,the key algorithms and key technologies of remote online monitoring system have beenstudied,and the key functions were designed.Finally,the system was successful applied to a enterprise of emulsion pump monitoring site,indicating that the application of emulsion pump remote condition monitoring system can meet the demands of enterprise production equipment online monitoring,and proves the correctness and rationality of system design and development.
