Through different control models to ensure the safety of theair compressor to complete the entire surveillance monitoring system hardware and softwaredebugging finally。 Monitoring system safty operation more than one year,Compressoranti-surge safe and effective。 The most critical is the parallel operation of multiplecompressors, pressure regulating effect is obvious, improve the operating efficiency of the aircompressor, with a wide range of application value.The system uses Siemens PLC S7-300as the next digital control machine, collectingon-site a variety of signals to drive a variety of control devices to achieve on-site control,through the Profibus Fieldbus network communications, host computer using Advantech,industrial computer, monitoring software used Industrial Control Software ForceControl(power control), implementation process, alarm, history curve of the display and reportingfunctions, using the configuration after the screen instructions. Able to the production processof the water supply, electricity, etc. automatically monitor various control parameters of thereport automatically generated and printed, and has a good maintainability and scalability.
