With human being entering the industry 4,the future production of manufacturing industry will be gradually automated,informational and intelligent,so as to create greater value.Intelligent logistics,as one of the core themes of the current industry 4,represents the development trend of future logistics,which is mainly embodied in the intellectualization and humanization of logistics management.In the intelligent logistics system,warehouse management system is the specific form of warehouse management information,and also the key to support intelligent logistics software system.It will play an irreplaceable role in the development of logistics in the future.This paper research on the development of warehouse management system and the trend of foreign advanced cases traceability related warehouse management system,combined with the concept of the milk industry and food industry supply chain characteristics,the status quo of milk industry supply chain,and then analyzes the special requirements of the production logistics warehouse management that the milk industry,especially necessary milk product quality traceability information such as senior management operations.According to the analysis of the milk industry production logistics case scenario,design a warehouse management system for logistics warehousing in milk production from raw material to finished product stage,and the use of Java Web technology by constructing prototype system is realized with a warehouse management system in the core functions of management,query the status,so as to optimize warehouse management process,improve warehouse operation efficiency,reduce production cost.
