Research On The Traceability System Of Jinhua Ham Supply Chain Based On Blockchain

The problem of food safety has a long history,and the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents has aroused the attention of consumers,regulatory authorities and enterprises.Food supply chain traceability can fully display food information and is an effective method to monitor food quality and safety.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the "implementation of food safety strategy",the food safety to the national strategic height.In this context,it is of great significance to establish a reliable food supply chain traceability system.The traditional food supply chain traceability system has some problems,such as data centralization,easy data tampering and information island,and the traceability data is lack of security and credibility.Blockchain technology,as a product of the information age,is capable of mass information processing,but also has the characteristics of decentralization,untamper,data traceability,etc.In this paper,Jinhua Ham is taken as an example,combined with domestic and foreign experience in the construction and implementation of food supply chain traceability system,and based on the theories of supply chain management and traceability management,blockchain technology is introduced to design Jinhua Ham supply chain traceability system based on blockchain,so as to solve some problems existing in the traditional traceability system.Through functional verification of the research results,the blockchain based Jinhua Ham supply chain traceability system designed in this paper can solve the relevant defects of the traditional food supply chain traceability system from the level of system structure,realize the credibility and safety of the food supply chain traceability process,promote the construction of food supply chain traceability system,and have certain reference significance for future similar research.
