Investigation On The Current Situation Of Rural Archives Work Management In Pingyin County

China is a large agricultural country with a large rural population.The rural archives work in the construction of a new socialist countryside occupies a very important position in the work of the new countryside.Rural archives are the carrier of the history and culture of rural areas,and the work of managing rural archives is the basis of rural agriculture increasing production,increasing farmers' income,and stabilizing rural areas,and doing well in rural archives management is also a lofty cause to maintain the historical record of the party and the country.Rural archival work has made great progress after years of development,but there are still some problems.The thesis selects the present situation of rural archives management in Pingyin County,and takes the rural archives in Pingyin County as the research object.Through the field research,we found some problems and put forward some suggestions.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of the work of rural archives in Pingyin County,which is mainly introduced from three aspects: historical evolution and resource composition,archives management agencies and professional competent authorities.The second part is the status quo of the management of rural archives in Pingyin County,mainly from the survey of the status quo of rural archives in Pingyin County,the problems in their work and the enlightenment of archives work.The third part is about the management measures of file management in rural areas,which is the core of this paper The main purpose is to improve the standard of rural archives system,optimize the construction of rural archives resources and emphasize the cultivation of rural archivists.
