The Construction Project Cost Management System Based On BIM Technology

The Cost management is one of the focuses which need enterprise to be attention, it was based on the overall development of the enterprise strategy, and we can through the comprehensive understanding of cost information and reasonable to its management to help enterprises improve the overall competitiveness of the industry and corporate profits. As a part of the enterprise information system, project engineering cost management system is more and more important with the enterprise development. The system finally provides the data to support for the enterprise analysis and decision which is mainly based on the related cost data.But the current cost management still exist many problems, the cost of extensive data management can not meet the demand, the current cost management need to constantly refine the cost data. Refinement of cost data can help enterprises shorten the project and budget difference, make better decisions. So in order to solve the problems existing in cost management, we combined with the characteristics of BIM technology and then introduced it into the cost management system, which can effectively improve the accuracy of the cost management data.BIM technology is a kind of digital modeling, it according to the construction drawings and other information generated3d building model, which can be show us the building model in the early date. The engineering project cost management system combined with BIM technology, on the one hand, can improve accurate project budget in the early stage, but also can help enterprise accurate cost data management in the project construction process. The system combined with the BIM technology can be monitor cost data, guarantee its correctness in the process of the whole cost management in real-time.The project management system and BIM technology are this topic research object, this topic studies the project cost management system based on BIM technology, analyzes the relevant business processes and system of flow the system; through analysis the cost management system existing problems to introduction the BIM technology to the project cost management system; BIM data management platform is analyzed and designs the data interface between the BIM data management platform and the project cost management system to get data exchange; After detailed design in view of the cost management mode of cost management based on BIM technology, and the cost information model based on the IFC standard is designed.In this thesis, the main works are as follows:(1) Completion of project integrated management system, analysis and design of the project cost management system, and then business processes and system flow of the system are analyzed, and put forward the traditional two, three and four comparative of the cost management pattern, provide the theoretical for the cost management mode based on BIM technology, after that analyzes the three different mode of the enterprise profit information.(2)In order to achieve the BIM technology application in the cost management system, designs a BIM data management platform, mainly to complete the BIM model data management. And then puts forward a cost management system based on the BIM architecture; from the theoretical analysis and design the interactive interface between the BIM data management and cost management system of data.(3) On the basis of the traditional cost management mode and combining with the actual cost management accounting model, proposes two, three and four comparison of cost management model based on the BIM technology, and applies these models to the construction project cost management. And then put forward a cost information model based on the IFC standard, this model is mainly describe the data information related to the project cost information thought the object-oriented.We has been completed the relevant subsystem module, and applied it to the enterprise’s actual production, which change the original enterprise cost management way, and improve the accurate on the cost management data of the enterprise, guarantee the real-time and accuracy of the project cost in the whole project process, and improve more accurate guidance for the decision of executives.
