Project Management Prototype System - The Design And Realization Of The Rights Management Subsystem

Project management is a branch of the management discipline,it is a set of technical methods which based on accepted management of former address, these techniques and methods are used in planning, assessment, control activities as to make sure that achieve the desired final result based on time, budget and specifications. Representative project management techniques such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) techniquesare two independently, developed technologies.The system is based on the subject and sub topics that established in the implementation process of the large-scale integrated project. Using this information management system to manage the staffing, use of funds, conferences and the achievements; Also, it can promote the communication among project participants, it is the real-time reflect project implementation status and progress,it also provide a comprehensive set of issues, members, funds, achievements, conferences management in one project schedule management platform.This system is based on J2EE platform, we use the combination of Struts, Spring and Hibernate (SSH) to complete the development of RBAC authority management module. This module mainly includes member management, role management, project member management and filter controlling module. The analysis, design and implementation of this system is fully in strict with the software development specification. We finish this step by requirement analysis, overall design, detail design, development, testing, deploy, and maintenance.This article explain the background of the topic at the beign of this thesis, then analyze the background of topics, as well as the introducing of the related technology used by the system .And then explained the requirements and analysis of this system, the topic management module design and its implementation. At last, we sum up the experience and lessons we have learned in this development, proposing the task that will considering and improving in next about this software.
