Exploration On The Regularity Of Online News Comment In China

With the vigorous development of the Internet,the Internet has gradually become the main carrier of news commentary.When public opinion events occur,comments,with its targeted opinions,often become important tools for Internet users to understand the events.They are also important tools for government and public administration to guide the public opinion and collect opinions.Therefor,how to promote the benign development of online news comment is important to academic and the government's practical governance.Firstly,this article defines the concept of online news commentary,at the same time,this paper sorts out and introduce the research results and development status of online news commentary at domestic and abroad.Then,Clarified the theoretical basis of this study.This chapter also details the characteristics,functions and operating principles that a network news commentary should have when it standing on the public administration point.This paper will mainly solve the development rules of online news comment in the past and put forward optimization suggestions accordingly.The conclusion of this paper base on 1131 samples and 281 respondents by using SPSS 19.0 and NLPIR.The results show that the online news comments are developing in a positive way,the influence of our country's network news commentary has been gradually expanded.Online news commentary began to use more and more relevant evidence to prove its own content and has diversified in the aspects of the subject matter and content,it play an important role in public opinion event.However,in the process of research,we also find that there are many problems in online news commentary.For example,the persistence of the impact of online news reviews is declining,Public opinion is out of proportion to negative public opinion,Online news commentary authors fail to understand the readers' motives.These questions will be a bottleneck in the government's use of the Internet for public opinion and the interpretation of events.For that,Based on government governance theory,From the perspective of public administration,this paper puts forward some solutions,such as perfecting system construction,balancing review themes,guiding authors and readers' cognition.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the following aspects:This article stands for the first time in the perspective of public managers,through a large number of real and reliable data collection,Based on the"use-satisfaction" theory,summarizes the regular development of online news commentary in the past three years.Second,based on the theory of government governance.This paper puts forward some policy recommendations to the internet news commentary,which provide the basis on the policy optimization.
