In the Internet age,every technological change will have a major impact on the dissemination of network information.With the development of information interaction technology in the Web2.0 era,online news audiences can also produce information and disseminate through the network while receiving information,which has emerged from the media.Under this circumstance,some commercial websites that lack the ability to search for news and lack originality have begun to establish their own integrated content creation platform,using their strong communication advantages to attract the majority of media writers to settle in,and enhance the influence of news dissemination on commercial websites..However,under the dual influence of the pursuit of economic benefits of commercial websites and the fact that the regulation of media communication systems has not been fully established,the participation of media writers enhances the influence of news transmission on commercial websites,and it also exacerbates the disorder of news dissemination on commercial websites.Facing the establishment of the integrated content creation platform of commercial websites in China and the current situation of frequent problems in the process of news dissemination,this paper takes public governance theory as a reference to discuss the specific performance,causes and countermeasures of the problems in the news dissemination of commercial websites in China..The first chapter of this paper gives a brief description of the development process of news dissemination on commercial websites,and analyzes the status quo of news dissemination on commercial websites in China by taking Baidu homepage recommendation news as an example.The second chapter starts from the three aspects of news topic selection,content creation and communication mechanism,and analyzes the malicious speculation,paid news,pseudo-original,“title party” and“ information mortuary ” that are commonly seen in the process of news dissemination on commercial websites in China.,entertainment and other issues.From the perspective of governance subject,the third chapter analyzes the reasons for the problems of news dissemination in commercial websites in China on the three aspects of commercial website itself,government functional departments and socialco-governing subjects.The fourth chapter puts forward the thinking on the governance of news communication disorder in commercial websites from three aspects: constructing multi-agent collaborative governance system,using various governance tools,and establishing internal and external cooperation governance mechanisms.Under the framework of public governance theory,this paper presents the problems in the news dissemination of commercial websites in China,the analysis of the causes of problems and the thinking of problem management.It aims to provide new thinking for the news communication governance of commercial websites,so that the news information of commercial websites can be freely circulated and guaranteed.The right to disseminate online news information on the commercial website and the right to know the network audience.
