Design Of Automatic Monitoring And Controlling System On Mobile Hydrazine-70 Support Vehicle

Because of its good energy,hydrazine-70 fuel is widely used in various carrier rockets,strategic fighter planes and tactical missiles.Because hydrazine-70 fuel has strong water absorption,toxic,long-term exposure to the air or short time by the action of high temperature will explode decompose,bring great hidden danger to personal safety box environment.In order to minimize these hidden dangers and ensure the good performance of hydrazine-70 guarantee vehicle in the long service process,it is necessary to design an efficient and stable monitoring system for hydrazine-70 security vehicle.In this paper,the overall design idea and framework of the mobile hydrazine-70 security vehicle are put forward,and then every module of the mobile hydrazine-70 security vehicle is designed according to the specific situation,including the hardware part and the software part.This design realizes the centralized control and management of hydrazine-70 security vehicle.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Design of Local Automatic Monitoring system based on PLC:Siemens S7-200 series PLC is used as the main controller in the automatic monitoring system of hydrazine-70 guarantee vehicle.The data information needed by various kinds of data acquisition modules is transferred to the programmable controller PLC via the data conversion module and the data processing is carried out by RS485 bus.The master controller will judge from the collected data information to make an action that requires the corresponding electrical equipment to be turned on or turned off in order to adjust the environment of the hydrazine-70,and ensure hydrazine-70 fuel is in safe condition.(2)Software design of Upper computer:At the same time,the upper computer monitoring software is designed to control the operation of the lower computer and to obtain the data information collected by the lower computer.The upper computer software and th-e lower computer adopt the Modbus protocol on the serial link to define the format of th-e data transmission.The upper computer software is based on.Net' s C#development,realizes the automatic detection and control of hydrazine-70 guarantee vehicle,including da-ta collection,video monitoring,data information management,system setting,remote monitoring,system help and historical data query.(3)Remote Monitoring based on TCP Communication Protocol:Considering the nature of hydrazine-70 fuel and the bad field environment,a remote monitoring system based on TCP is designed.After a lot of experimental tests and field installation experiments,the system can achieve the desired results,and can achieve the safe storage and use of hydrazine-70 fuel.
