With the rapid development of science and technology, people increasingly high demand for accuracy in all aspect of control. The precise temperature control implication of single-phase power regulator in the filed of industrial, for example, the lower position machine collects precise temperature, operating voltage, operating current and operating power in real time, then passes to the upper computer quickly and efficiently. Next, the upper computer operator sets PID values according to control SCR conduction angle to adjust operating voltage, current and power to realize the precise control of temperature.This paper studies the upper computer control of single-phase power regulation and MODBUS protocol’s implementation. The upper computer control interface part is implemented in Visual C++6.0develop platform environment. So I introduce this software in a chapter briefly, including introduction of MFC and application creating in Visual C++6.0platform environment. The next two chapters are introduction of MSComm Control and MODBUS Communication Protocol that are involved in the serial communication between upper computer and lower position machine. The chapter5introduces the design and implementation of upper computer.
