Due to the development of the Internet of Things,NB-IoT has become an emerging research hotspot,featuring long battery life,low cost,large capacity and wide coverage.It is the 3GPP cellular communication designed for narrowband and low power wide area networks(LPWN).Nowadays,we know more about NB-IoT application scenarios,terminal types,and service types.In theory,NB-IoT covers up to 164dB.The actual effect in various scenarios needs to be studied and analyzed.Therefore,this paper focuses on all kinds of coverage scenarios,studies the coverage effect of NB-IoT in various scenarios and conducts comparative studies in order to guide the subsequent large-scale network deployment and commercialization.In this paper,two coverage enhancement technologies of NB-IoT are analyzed.Based on this,NB-IoT network architecture model is designed and implemented on the wireless network simulation planning platform,and each function module is completed.Then,NB-IoT model under different bandwidths to compare the basic performance of NB-IoT network and LTE network such as coverage,capacity,delay and throughput,and provide reference analysis ideas for the specific comparison of coverage scenarios.Secondly,the various scenarios of NB-IoT are compared and studied from multiple perspectives.Based on the coverage scenarios and basic principles of wireless network coverage,the dense urban and suburban areas are selected for coverage comparison research.The horizontal comparison between public network and power private network scenario Analysis,and through indoor and outdoor scene experimental data to complete a comparative study of the analysis of special scenarios,such as elevators,smart meters to cover the analysis.Through the wireless network simulation platform for the coverage prediction and capacity simulation,and through the networking scene experimental data to complete the comparative study.Finally,the thesis investigates the interference sensitivity of NPDSCH and NPUSCH in the case of NB-IoT being deployed in the protection carrier of LTE system or replacing the PRB condition in existing LTE carrier.Through the network test,we verified the difference of coverage requirements on different occasions,laid the foundation for future NB-IoT planning,large-scale network deployment and commercial development,and correctly selected the construction mode so that the network construction has been rapidly developed.
