A logistics company's business scale is in a period of great development,employees and more complex structure,title background,academic knowledge complex at the same time,due to business development needs,the company's various departments frequently transfer post,strengthen the scientific and rational deployment of human Resources,to clarify the management of existing human resources,the human resources of these enterprises reflected the existing advantages of such enterprises is imperative.Therefore,the company needed to personnel management software(perfect and reasonable,and the enterprise personnel management status quo)design success,in order to promote its personnel management information technology development.This system is based on the traditional C/S structure combined with the popular B/S mode and J2 EE technology architecture,and based on UML for the whole unified modeling language,the system of state diagram,system Class diagram,object diagram,sequence diagram to establish a successful,this system dynamic and static structure description.MVC model is the subject of the basic design of the personnel management system reference,in this premise,combined with Oracle,JSP technology to complete the actual development and design work.MVC can improve the system code reuse performance,reduce the workload and difficulty of code maintenance,the overall expansion of the system and flexibility can also be improved simultaneously.This paper addresses the key issues in the following areas:First,the development of labor agreement management,annual assessment,deployment management,on-the-job(entry)personnel management and other software modules are designed and developed based on the main business processes of express logistics and the actual consideration of enterprise personnel management.Repeat operation,improve work efficiency.Second,overseas visits,study and training,attendance and other approval process is the main business processes in this system,enterprise personnel management basic business are covered.Thirdly,according to the actual situation of the express logistics company's demand and the individual ability level of the staff's cultural quality,the development principle of the system module,such as the difficulty reduction,the simplified operation flow,the system efficiency and the stable operation,is established.Fourthly,this system,which is successfully designed by combining C/S and B/S and J2 EE technology,has perfect personnel working mechanism,personnel information sharing and personnel data security.Digitalization and informationization company personnel management goal can be accomplished.Fifth,the system selection to the company's main LAN server as the basis,using its own integrated wiring as the transmission medium to avoid duplication of investment.The topology structure of the network adopts the tree structure,and the specific structure of the system network is designed.System to achieve a clear overall structure,function is relatively complete.
