Reseach And Implementati On Of Supply Chain Management System Based On The Internet Of Things

Network supply chain management system based on technology development,through visualization and intelligent management on the supply chain automation,and effectively help enterprises to reduce operating costs,improve the response capacity of the market,improve the enterprise information management level,so as to improve the efficiency of supply chain operation.This paper first introduces the Ming Yang biochemical group informatization construction,through networking technology for analysis and research,analysis,feasibility of supply chain management system of IOT business process design and development based on the desired effect by testing.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the present situation of Ming Yang biochemical group,this paper puts forward the construction of supply chain management system based on Internet of things,and demonstrates the feasibility from the aspects of system requirement,cost benefit and technology development.(2)According to the reality of the supply chain management system based on IOT in Ming Yang Chemical Group,the system function design,business process design,intelligent scheduling system design and database design are completed.(3)Using SOA framework to complete the development of supply chain management system based on Internet of things in Ming Yang biochemical group,and achieve the desired results through testing.(4)In order to solve the vehicle routing problem,a time window is introduced.The ant colony algorithm is used to solve the combinatorial mathematical problem,and the optimal path of the vehicle is obtained,which saves time and cost.
