With the use of Internet of Things (IOT), optimized process and structure, higher information transmission rate and things matching accuracy and improved supply chain operation method can be achieved in enterprise. In this thesis, the content of IOT, key technologies in IOT and supply chain management system are analyzed and discussed. The reengineering and redesign of the business process in IOT based supply chain management system and the design and implementation of application system integration have been done. The main contents studied in this thesis are as follow:(1) Optimization purposes of supply chain are analyzed based on IOT. Process optimization approaches are used to redesign the business processes including orders management, purchasing management, production management, warehousing management, distribution management and transportation management.(2) The purposes of IOT based supply chain management application integration are analyzed. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) has been chosen as the design architecture. Web Service has been adopted to implement. On the basis of the old supply chain application system and the new IOT application system planned, service based application integration frame design has been done.(3) IOT based distribution and transportation management prototype system has been designed and developed. With Browser/Server as the architecture, java1.6as the programming language, SSH (Spring3.0and Struts2.1and Hibernate3.6) as the framework, XML as the configuration technology, Ext Js4.0as the User Interface (UI), IOT based distribution and transportation management prototype system has been designed and developed based on the earlier ERP system. To the scheduling of vehicle path, a distribution management decision support system, consists of intelligent interactive human-computer interface, inference machine, data base, knowledge base, model base, method base and so on, has been built. VRPTW (Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Windows) has been adopted to solve the problem.(4) IOT based supply chain management prototype system has been designed integrated. Designed on the basis of the old ERP system, the prototype system consists of six subsystems: orders management, purchasing management, production management, warehousing management, distribution management and transportation management.
