Research On Impact And Application Of Internet Of Things In Port Logistics Supply Chain

Nowadays, competition between ports has been increasingly reflected in the supplychains, and is no longer a competition between individual port group companies orenterprises. Port logistics supply chain becomes more and more important for thedevelopment of port-related businesses; Supply chain efficiency affects thecompetitiveness of all enterprises within the supply chain. Internet of things is a newgeneration of information and communication technology, with the application of it in theport logistics supply chain, the efficiency of port logistics supply chain can be improved,and the competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced.Through research on the combination of the internet of things and the port logisticssupply chain, the impact of internet of tings on all processes of port logistics supply chain,the "three flows" and enterprise profit are specifically analyzed firstly. Because of theimprovement of informationization in port logistics supply chain, degree of automation,security, efficiency, effectiveness of the five processes of port logistics supplychain:transportation, warehousing management, container yard management, materialhandling, distribution processing are optimized."Three flows": logistics, information flow,capital flow, are more agile and effective. Correspondingly, enterprise profit also will beimproved. The impact of internet of things on warehousing management process isanalyzed in the paper specifically, and some functions can be realized by the internet ofthings are desiged from a technical level.Secondly, on the basis of the above sections theory, the paper conducts theapplication decision and model research of internet of things for the enterprises in the portlogistics supply chain.combing with the classification of enterprise types in the portlogistics supply chain, on the basis of the profit angle, the paper gives out the applicationdecision model of internet of things for the enterprises.moreover, in order to improve theapplication level of internet of things in port logistics supply chain,and improve the gainsof the parties involved,the paper gives out the model of multi-stage cooperation andcompetition analysis based on internet of things in the port logistics supply chain.Finally, through case study, algorithm verification and result analysis of the methods mentioned in research and design of internet of things application is performed.Specifically, effort level and profit level of participants in the port logistics supply chainare analyzed and compared quantitatively under different strategies modes, whichproposed in the multi-stage cooperation and competition analysis based on internet ofthings in the port logistics supply chain. Moreover, from the perspective of enterprises andgovernment, the paper proposes some suggestions, which can be significant for thereasonable and full application of internet of things for enterprises in port logistics supplychain to improve the competitiveness of port enterprises, promote the economicdevelopment of port-related businesses.
