The Application Of The Internet Of Things In The Supply Chain Management Of Lottery Industry

China lottery business has been thriving since 2000.The total annual lottery sale of 2016 in China was 7.27%more than that of 2015,reaching up to RMB394,641 million,of which approximately RMB206,490 million was contributed by China Welfare Lottery and RMB188,149 million by China Sports Lottery;on year-on-year basis,China Welfare Lottery's revenue increased by 2.47%and China Sports Lottery's by 13.08%.The percentage of lottery ticket sale in GDP rose from 0.18%in 2000 to 0.53%in 2016.Steady growth in sales urges the whole lottery supply chain system to demand better supervision.However,at present,the traditional paper lottery tickets are outdated in its supply chain management,low in the level of informatization,short in technological means,comparatively extensive in management,hard to adapt to the rapid development of lottery industry and desperate for new management and technology to reform and elevate its supply chain management.Using relevant theories of supply chain management and research results in the Internet of Things technology from home and abroad for reference,this article seriously analyzes the forms of lottery ticket supply chain and its management problems,exploring the application and solutions of IOT technology in lottery ticket supply chain management.Data analysis,comparison in the modes of lottery ticket supply chain management and the study of influence factors combined have led to the discovery that,through technological means like information identification(for example,RFID),network convergence,data management,data processing,system integration,etc.,IOT for lottery could establish an "intelligent" management system to fully elevate the datamation of lottery ticket supply chain management and precision management level.This article takes lottery ticket supply chain as the object of its study,uses Hongbo Co.Ltd's application practice of IOT for lottery as a case,draws on the experience of domestic and overseas research results,adopts the method of combining case study and document research,seriously analyses the IOT technology and its application prospect in lottery industry.Through the study of the mode and method of the IOT for lottery Hongbo is applying in the supply chain management for the provincial lottery centers in Jiangsu,Fujian and Hainan,etc.,a general plan in the application of IOT for lottery was found:use IOT system integration technology to build supply chain management information system;use IOT middleware technology to build software platform where network convergence and circulation between systems are possible;use RFID labels and reader-writer to collect information from real lottery tickets and turn it into data;use bus technology to realize high-speed transmission of data information on the internet system;use application clients on computers and mobile phones to operate.IOT for lottery perfectly solves the problems existing in lottery ticket supply chain management,elevates operation,decision-making,work in efficiency and safety management,and improves the overall competitiveness of lottery industry.
