With the continuous expansion of production scale of logistics service industry,the level of automation of the system is further improved,and the storage system needs higher requirements.The problems in the traditional automatic storage monitoring system are as follows:(1)The stacker uses the method of address sheet to take the goods in the system.The structure of equipment is complex,and it is low positioning accuracy.So the application of advanced technology is an inevitable trend to improve the positioning accuracy of the stacker.(2)The system uses the infrared communication technology and field bus,it has the disadvantages of limited transmission distance,and it is easy to be interrupted.Because of its poor scalability,it is not suitable for curved roadway,and the transmission rate is lower than the wireless communication.The use of wireless network communication technology can avoid the above disadvantages effectively.(3)General automatic storage system involves heterogeneous networks of different network protocols,and the data sharing is the key factor to the data transmission.In order to overcome the above problems,this paper takes a university automatic storage system as an example.Using the new technologies and methods to transform the system,and achieved good results,the main works are as follows:(1)Laser ranging and bar code scanning are used to position of the stacker,and it enhances the accuracy of repeat position.S7-300 PLC is used to control the stacker and field equipment,and it improves the system automation level.(2)Wireless network communication technology is used to build the data transmission between the monitoring computer and the management computer and the PLC controller,the real-time of the wireless network communication is verified by the test.(3)OPC communication method is used to solve the data interconnection and sharing of the heterogeneous networks of field bus,wireless network and industrial Ethernet in the automatic storage system.And use C# to develop the monitoring software.
