As the expanding of the modern enterprise industrial scale, warehouse has become the most important and indispensability tache of the logistics system, which key equipment is hay stacker system.The idea on the paper divides the goods area of the whole warehouse into a number of storage spaces, then divides them into two parts, which are the actual storage space and the dummy storage space; considering the actual storage place and the dummy storage place together we deposit the goods to the right place according to the frequency of the goods flux so that it could enhance the work efficiency.In this paper it is used that the modem closed-loop AC servo-system controlled by PLC and transducer. Light-electricity sensors are used to measure displacement of the hay stacker. They are analyzed, which inculde work process, the way of recognizing the site and the running control in the hay stacker system. According to the PLC supervised and controlled by supervising and control system and disposalling the storage spaces, the system finishs the work that is the optimization process of Automated Storage and Retrieval System. In the paper, the PLC is used to the micro-controller in the AS/RS, and the system includes four control methods and three running modes. The four control methods individually are repair mode, manual mode, semi-automatic mode and automatic mode.Finally, the paper gives the program example and the function of supervising and control system. By simulating running in the lab, the hay stacker system work steadily and safely, and achieves the purpose of the design.
