With the information technology unceasing development, the information resource daily growth, the information personalization service demand more and more urgent. The research and application of the personalization service on the Flood Prevention holds a Conference is the artificial intelligence technology and the computer simulation in realization decision-making support recent development direction and the important research area.This paper is about "Yellow River Flood Prevention holds a Conference DSS" center about information personalization service research and application . it's main goal is realizes the personalization recommendation service. This paper take the actual project application as the research background, including about model establishment, model renewed, and the match algorithm has following research work:(1) The main body of personalization recommendation system is the documents resources and the user resources. It's important to Recommendation system that establish personalization model for user documents.(2) Vector space model may description user interest but is unable to different between the user's interest . Probabilistic Model better has manifested the user interest multiplicity and the change.(3) Renew interest model. The system use the Genetic Algorithms catches to user interest change. With fitness function appraise the interest model is fit or unfit ,in this time renew user interest description and establish new interest model.(4) Personalization recommendation system simulation and conclusion analysis.This paper Introduced the expert authority and the documents versatile concept uses for to solve the model system renewal problem.
