Since reform and opening-up,China's economy has been developing rapidly,along with the various industries has become increasingly fierce competition,banks of finance industry are facing pressure is also growing.Banks want to get better survival and development,to keep their customers and revenue.They must establish their own characteristics of the project and excellent reputation,customer-centric,using of advanced information technology to improve marketing effectiveness,improve work efficiency,thereby enhancing the core competitiveness.Therefore,banks need to be understanding more detailed of their customers,mining customers,provide targeted services to different customers.In order to achieve in the current scope of customer resources to improve their profits,we develop a corresponding product for all types of customers with the customer flow of funds,provide customers with more targeted marketing services.In this paper,firstly,we introduced the overall goal of the topic background and research,and studied the new needs of the modern bank customer management and the existing defects of the bank customer marketing management system,used the oriented object design thoughts and measures to describe the overall design scheme of bank customer marketing management system and the related database management system and data table is discussed in this paper too.Secondly,this paper also introduces the J2EE key technology and MVC design thought and other related technologies,then in accordance with the relevant business,system use case diagram and flow chart model is founded,more intuitive reflect the related function,and then transition to the design.By implementing and using the bank customer marketing and management system,not only simplifying the daily management of the bank,unified planning-related work to improve the marketing performance,but also reduces the bank's marketing costs,and ultimately improve the bank's own core competitiveness.
