With the continuing developement of domestic market economy,the competitive environment enterprises faced by enterprises has also undergone a great change internal and external,the competition among enterprises has gradually developed into a competitive of the power of information resources and processing efficiency.In the resource of enterprise development,customer relations resources is a very important resource,good customer relations management activities could effectively promote the quality of the enterprise market.The building and construction of information technology software platform for client relationship management work could effectively improve the quality and efficiency of management work.In this thesis,the customer marketing information management software system of Xingye Beijing Sub-Bank is studied deeply.Based on the study work of business environment of customer marketing information management work in Xingye Beijing Sub-Bank,the software system is designed and realized by the use of theories and methodologies of software engineering.The design and development technology of the system including MVC design pattern,UML unified modeling language technology,J2 EE development technology,database development technology,Data Mining techniques,etc.The function modules in the sub-system contains sales management,customer service management,resource management and financial management function models.The software system researched in this thesis could be able to make the customer marketing information management work of the Xingye Beijing Sub-Bank in a uniform software interface to achieve,and could improve the operational capacity and the quality of customer marketing information management work in Xingye Beijing Sub-Bank by the building of digital management work environment.The research work of this thesis is based on the actual software project development experience and theoretical research work,and has a positive role in promoting the quality and efficiency of the customer marketing information management work in Xingye Beijing Sub-Bank.And at the mean time,the research work of this thesis also has some reference value for the building of smart mode and information office platform in domestic companies.
