Design And Implementation Of Research Project Management System Based On Workflow

The Shenyang aircraft corporation is a large state-owned enterprise,which mainly business scope is aviation manufacturing.In recent years,it invested a lot of manpower,material resources in the scientific research project management work,using information technology to implement the informational,scientific and highly efficient of the management of scientific research work based on the concept of independent research development and technology innovation.In recent years,the pressure of the enterprise internal management of scientific research project is more and more big,and the growing of scientific research project business processing has caused difficulties for the relevant staff,so how to make efficient scientific research project management has becoming a problem urgently to be solved in the current enterprise work.Scientific research project management work involved different departments and personnel,and has not yet formed a unified information platform for the effective integration of the distributed business data.In this thesis,mainly aiming at enterprise scientific research project,use workflow technology to achieve the informational construction of research projects management,mainly including establish-project,examination and approval.The mainly work is in order to resolve the sac group daily management work efficiency of scientific research project,providing a good scientific research environment for the development of enterprise.This thesis analyzes the business process of scientific research project management according to Shenyang aircraft group scientific research project management business,using WorkFlow4.0 workflow engine technology to complete the core functions' code development,adopting SQLServer2016 database management system for data management and maintenance,mainly work is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of WorkFlow4.0 workflow engine technology,design the framework of the workflow engine based on the business process of scientific research project management,including scientific research projects' reporting,auditing,and funds management,which implements the business link with the combination of information flow management.Complete the whole development plan design and data store model design based on SQLServer2016 database management system.(2)Implements the system core function modules' development and coding using ASP.NET technology,combining the theory of workflow technology and Web development,and designs technical solutions' plan of the system function implementation,including process of WorkFlow4.0 workflow engine technology.Using technology of HTML+C#+ADO.NET to complete the realization of the layered software architecture,Completes the function development of the scientific research project management system,including project application,review,and acceptance management.According to the workflow technology,complete information system implementation of the core business process.The above work carries out in accordance with the software development process,and finally makes the system test,which results show that the system developed in this thesis conforming to the Shenyang aircraft group information processing requirements of the project management of scientific research,can satisfy the demand of daily processing scientific research project management,and scientific research project management data of different business units can be handled on the unified platform for centralized processing,overall system development meeting the expected goal.
