The combination of workflow technology and project management system has become the trend of the modern project management,which is the key to enhance the communication between each department cooperation and the operating efficiency.However,most enterprises' project management mode still remain the traditional project management mode.In today's society,most enterprises are unable to adapt to the rapid development of network information technology.In the business management of enterprises,it is necessary to design and develop a set of integrated,process-oriented and collaborative project management system to improve the economic efficiency and the application value.The paper based on the process-oriented requirements of the enterprise Engineering Development Department designs to develop a set integrated project management system,due to integrate the existing project processing methods and management models.According to the analysis and design of the framework,running environment and function modules,this paper proposes to use Eclipse as the integrated development platform and the Java language to write the program,combine the ZK application framework to design the system interface layout,and apply the MySQL database storage system information.In the integrated project management system,the B/S structure system and the MVC framework are used to build the system platform and functional modules.The process of implementing the project according to the process is implemented by the Activiti5 workflow engine technology.The JavaMail technology,the data processing framework JAF technology and Quartz timer achieve the function of sending mails and allocable time.Through the Java language program,system achieves expert anonymous evaluation function,database information filtering and the importing and exporting functions of Excel table.The design and development of the integrated project management system can fully track and control the progress of the project.It can effectively manage the various departments,and improve the business situation of enterprises,and satisfy the integrated,Standardized,process-oriented,requirements of enterprise project management.
