Research On Enterprise Project Management Information System And Workflow Technology

This paper first analyse the characteristics of traditional project management information systems. Thus traditional project management information systems can't satisfy the business process diversification and indetermination needs. According to the characteristic of modern enterprise project management, the paper provides a design method based on the current situation of construction of enterprise information system. The workflow management technique separates the process logic from the applications, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project management information system.This paper discussed the architecture of workflow management system and typical model. The description and research on the parallel, asynchronous and competition system are offered powerful means by using Petri token-driven model to make mold. The workflow modeling tool is developed in Java language; user can create business process and define the properties of activities in a natural and visual way. Moreover, the workflow modeling tool provides grammar verification for workflow model.Based on the above analysis, we implemented the design of system function module by employing the system skeleton improved by workflow technologies. Furthermore, there are still some places to need to be expanded and strengthened while using the system.
